Pricing

Dr. Martin is an in-network provider for Aetna insurance. Otherwise, Dr. Martin is an out-of-network provider for insurance companies. That means you pay the session cost at the time of service. We will then provide you with an invoice you can use to receive any reimbursement to which you might be entitled.

Taylor Crow, LPC-A, is an out-of network provider for insurance companies.

Rates for Intake:

  • Initial Phone Consultation (15 minutes) – no charge

  • Intake Assessment with Dr. Martin (50 minutes) – $220

  • Intake Assessment with Taylor Crow, LPC-A (50 minutes) - $140

Therapy:

  • Individual Therapy with Dr. Martin (50 minutes) – $195

  • Individual Therapy with Taylor Crow, LPC-A (50 minutes) - $125

Assessment & Consultation:

  • Psychological Assessment (varies) – contact for quote

  • Training/Consultation (varies) – contact for quote
